Matthew Xerri is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resources at Griffith University. Dr Xerri has current research interests in employee wellbeing, cognitions, positive behaviour. With particular interests in emergency services employees and their workplace, including healthcare professionals, para-military. Dr Xerri has specific research design and quantitative data analysis expertise, including regression, structural equation modelling, and partial least squares. In 2016, Dr Xerri was awarded the Best Full Paper at the British Academy of Management – Public Management and Governance track. Dr Xerri’s Goolge Scholar H-index is 13, and his work has been cited 792 times since 2016. He has published 22 journal articles since 2015 (33 during his entire career) – 16 ranked as A journals from the Australian Business Deans Council. He has attracted over $60,000 in research funding.
