AHRI Webinar to Discuss Recent Changes to Enterprise Bargaining Framework

The Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) is hosting a member-exclusive webinar that will examine the recent changes to the Enterprise Bargaining Framework and their impact on determining employment conditions and shaping the future of work.

The webinar is aimed at HR professionals who are either experienced in enterprise agreements or considering bargaining for the first time and it will take place Wednesday April 5.

The Secure Jobs, Better Pay Bill has introduced significant changes to the framework, including reduced barriers to multi-enterprise bargaining and expanded powers for the Fair Work Commission to resolve bargaining disputes.

The expert panel includes Charles Power, Partner at Holding Redlich, Wally Kluktewicz FAHRI, Group Corporate Affairs & IR Manager at Brickworks Limited, Sarah Queenan FCPHR, Managing Director of Humanify HR, and Alex Allars, Executive Branch Manager at Whole of Government Industrial Relations & Public Sector Employment, Chief Minister, Treasury and Economic Development Directorate | ACT Government.

The panel will provide guidance on the advantages and disadvantages of Enterprise Agreements, the types of bargaining options available, and practical tips on planning the optimum agreements for business models.

Attendees will learn valuable insights and actionable takeaways from the experts’ experiences and knowledge, ensuring their organisations are compliant with the updated regulations.

The webinar is hosted exclusively for AHRI members, and attendees will earn one CPD point for attending. The webinar will be held at different times for attendees in different Australian time zones. Those who cannot join the live session can still register and receive a link to view the recording after its completion.
