Empower Care is a program of Carers Queensland that helps carers find the support and information they need to make an informed decisions about their future. Carers Queensland’s Empower Care team will advocate for home carers, whether they are eligible for a home care package or not, and also supports those considering the move into residential aged care. Empower Care’s home care package management service supports carers throughout their caring journey, every step of the way.
