Mr Grady joined Aveo Group as Chief Operating Officer in March 2009, having previously been the Chief Executive Officer of Mulpha Sanctuary Cove (Developments) Pty Limited since 2002. He was appointed as Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Aveo Group in July 2013. He has also worked as a partner of KPMG. Mr Grady holds degrees in commerce and law with honours from the University of Queensland. He is a chartered accountant and admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Mr Grady is also the Chairman of Aveo Healthcare Limited.
