You may have already heard about b2care, it is a buying platform designed to support the Aged Care, NDIS & Heath Care sectors. b2care offers care providers and HCP clients the chance to unlock better value through a simple e-commerce style buying experience and automating many simple repeatable ordering processes.

Simply put, b2care deals with a huge range of brands, products and services and we bring them to you in one place.

This partnership means you can now enjoy the convenient b2care shopping experience when it comes to ordering premade ready meals from Coles under a Home Care Package.

There are no set menus or complicated delivery schedules. Why make things harder than they need to be!

We understand you want more freedom and flexibility when it comes to meal planning. Perhaps you’d like to enjoy a combination of fresh, frozen, chef made, homestyle, or portion-controlled meals all in the same week and it’s possible with the Coles ready meal range.

If eligible under your HCP plan you only pay the 30% co-payment towards the total order value, we’ve automated the process a care provider goes through to cover the 70% balance. Paying 30% for your meals, with Coles great pricing, helps your care package go further.
