I have a diverse background with over 15 years’ of direct care and leadership experience in the Australian Care Sector. I assisted in developing Chronic Disease Programs and helped to roll out the NDIS in NSW as a pilot site for the new CRM. I have worked in health and social care in the USA and other countries for an additional 10 years. I have always interrelated my work to the aged sector and as a transformational leader seen a opportunity to make a difference as I age by working and indulging myself into the Aged Care Sector. I hold two Master degrees and really hope for good social policy from the political powers to be post Royal Commission.
