Rob is the founder and principal behind Alto Cibum. For over 25 years Rob has been at the forefront of hospitality in Australia and New Zealand. He began his career with Hyatt International Hotels and Resorts, and has held various executive management positions in Perth, Canberra and Macau. Rob is currently the President of the Irish Australian Chamber of Commerce, a national business organisation that facilitates trade and information exchange for a diverse membership base across Australia.
