Phillip Jones is the proprietor of Bass Phillip Wines in Victoria. An avid wine maker, he oversees every step of the process.

“The first symptoms I experienced with this was a driving headache – it was like someone was tearing at my hair. It’s the worst thing I’ve ever suffered and I don’t want to have it again,” said Phillip.
