Coles and b2care have joined forces to offer you a great range of ready meals under your Home Care Package plan, ready when you are!

b2care has partnered with Coles to offer you the world of choice when it comes to ordering from the Coles range of ready meals, under Home Care Packages plans.

You may have already heard about b2care, it is a buying platform designed to support the Aged Care, NDIS & Heath Care sectors. b2care offers care providers and HCP clients the chance to unlock better value through a simple e-commerce style buying experience and automating many simple repeatable ordering processes.

Simply put, b2care deals with a huge range of brands, products and services and we bring them to you in one place.

This partnership means you can now enjoy the convenient b2care shopping experience when it comes to ordering premade ready meals from Coles under a Home Care Package.

There are no set menus or complicated delivery schedules. Why make things harder than they need to be!

We understand you want more freedom and flexibility when it comes to meal planning. Perhaps you’d like to enjoy a combination of fresh, frozen, chef made, homestyle, or portion-controlled meals all in the same week and it’s possible with the Coles ready meal range.

If eligible under your HCP plan you only pay the 30% co-payment towards the total order value, we’ve automated the process a care provider goes through to cover the 70% balance. Paying 30% for your meals, with Coles great pricing, helps your care package go further.

Brands currently available include Coles Kitchen, Youfoodz, PerForm, Coles Organic, Weight Watchers, Herbert Adams, Dari’s, McCain, Nature’s Kitchen and the Coles Made Easy range. b2care continue to work with Coles on what additional ready meals can be made available!

We’ve got specific nutritional and lifestyle needs covered, as well. The range includes dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, plant based options (Coles Nature’s Kitchen meals have won awards 3 years in a row from 2020-2022) and caters to different cultural preferences, such as halal.

What if you want to spruce up your meal or finish off on a sweet note?

No worries. There is a wide variety of pre-packed salads, snacks and desserts.

So, you’ve heard all about it, how can you order?

It’s as simple as registering via the form on the b2care website. This notifies your care provider that you want to order Coles ready meals with b2care, under your Home Care Package plan. Once that’s been approved by your care provider, just login to b2care and start adding meals to your shopping cart.

Once happy with the order, select the preferred delivery time from our cart and it’s all done! Depending on your arrangement with your care provider, they may want to do a quick check of your order to make sure you have remaining budget under your approved care plan.

Delivered to your door.

We know we can make it easy here too, by experiencing the choice of Coles home delivery, nationally.  You can choose your delivery window, for a small fee. Depending on where you live this may be over the next 3 to 14 days, across the Coles current delivery windows (for those of you a bit more remote, Coles delivery partners deliver orders over 100kms of your local store).
